◄ The Steen & Company Report
This report was undertaken by the township to provide a clear and comprehensive
look at government finances for the city and the township. The report
provides a financial balance sheet for both governments, including assets
and liabilities.
◄ The University of Toledo Study
This study, currently in draft form, was commissioned by the city and
the township in spring 2007 to determine if potential cost savings could
result from combining any functions of the two local governments. A draft of the study was presented at a March 31 meeting. When
the report is finalized it will be posted here.

◄ Citizen Satisfaction Survey
Opinion Research Associates conducted a 2007 survey of citizen satisfaction.
Results are based on a random sample of 475 residents in the incorporated
and unincorporated areas of Washington Township.
◄ Township Audit & Finances
Washington Township has earned high marks from the Auditor of State
which issued an unqualified opinion – the highest rating it presents
– recognizing the township’s financial statements. Information
about this and other aspects of township finances, including the approved
capital budget are available online.
