Juvenile Firesetter Intervention
Using education to correct a common problem

match

Often children show an increased interest in fire. These children will exhibit their curiosity by experimenting with various forms of fire play. The juvenile firesetter intervention program attempts to evaluate a child's interest in fire, establish an understanding of their knowledge and provide them with the education needed to alleviate possible dangers.

Parents and children are both involved in the process. Often a mutual education takes place. For more information on this program .
