Elected Leadership

The Finance Department operates under the direction of a part-time fiscal officer who is elected by residents to a four-year term.

Tom Zobrist has served as Fiscal Officer since April 2004 and has been a township resident for more than 30 years. As former co-owner of Bell Optical Laboratory, a family business with five labs in Ohio and surrounding states, he brings more than 40 years of management experience to the post. He serves as president of the Montgomery County Township Association and is a member of the Montgomery County Emergency Response Council and Community Development Block Grant Committee.

Staff

Finance Director - Mike Barlow has served as Finance Director since 1996 and, previous to that, as Financial Analyst from 1991 to 1996. He oversees the day-to-day administration of the Finance Department.
