Members present; Mitzi Lehman, Mabel Leyes, Marlene Tiernan, Bob Harrington, Cheryl Mauer, Yvonne Dunphe.

March minutes approved.

Bob Harrington made a motion to look at attendance of members and their participation with the group. Motion passed unanimous.

The flower order has been placed and delivery should be made on May 14 th.

Follow up discussion of the presentation made by Linda Madden of the “Butterfly Playground”. Bob Harrington made a motion that the VIP not to be involved. Motion passed unanimous.

Mabel and Mitzi expressed desire to prepare the pots with plants. No objections.

Mike Wanamaker gave an update about Hithergreen. Boulders and a dry river bed were recently installed.

Bob Harrington presented a timeshare mailing. He is concerned that the VIP committee’s mailing address might have been sold for solicitation.
