Members present; Mitzi Lowery, Mabel Leyes, Marlene Tiernan, Bob Harrington, Cheryl Mauer.

Others present; Yvonne Dunphe, Mike Wanamaker

April 11 th 2007 minutes were approved as submitted.

Wanamaker gave a plant update. Delivery will be May 15 th. Master Gardeners will be in to plant on the 16 th. Mitzi and Mabel will prepare the pots.

Plants for Hithergreen will be delivered on the 21 st. Public Works staff will help plant.

Marlene brought up Tree City. Wanamaker will check with Wendi Van Buren about eligibility.

Cheryl will check the feasibility of Master Gardeners to conduct workshops for the Township.

Yvonne gave updates to the group and stated that she took photos of all of the beds.

Harrington made a motion for updates of the VIP budget to be reviewed every quarter. Motion passed.

Recruitment of new members was encouraged.
