Others present; Mike Wanamaker, Mack Van Allen, Kathy Yanko.

October minutes approved.

Wanamaker updated the group about entry signs. One at Lyons Road at Washington Church Road. The other is being designed at 725 and South Wind Drive.

Harrington commented that the lobby at the government center is too small for the beautification awards. Henderson invited next years awards to be held at Southveiw Hospital. Wanamaker gave feed back about the awards and the lack of attendance of the members.

Tiernan asked Mauer about Thank You letter to Sams Club. The group agreed that letters are a good idea for other business as well.

Ash Borer conversation included information from Mauer about a product manufactured by Bayer Products that is applied around the base of the tree verses an airborne spray.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:40 pm.
