I. Addendum Item

Gary Huff passed out an addendum item for the Trustee meeting.

II. Southview Sign

Southview Hospital withdrew their zoning case, which was to be presented at the Trustee meeting.

III. Zoning Commission

Gary Huff passed out a letter of application from Jane Beach who is interested in becoming an alternate on the Board of Zoning Appeals. Bill Gordon will also be interviewed for this position.

IV. Bus Stop Shelters

The details for four bus stop shelters were discussed.

V. Regional Appointments

Appointments were discussed for the various committees, which will be presented at the Trustee meeting.

VI. Martin Luther King Breakfast

Mr. Huff discussed the attendance at the Martin Luther King Breakfast.

VII. Regional Dispatch Memo

Gary Huff passed out a memo to Bill Gaul from one of the Fire Captains regarding his opinion of the regional dispatch center

VIII. Dayton Daily News Article

Jesse Lightle announced a new format for articles in the Dayton Daily newspaper. Washington Township and the City of Centerville will appear side by side.

Gary Huff passed out the study completed by the University of Toledo.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
