I. Absenteeism Policy
Jesse Lightle presented a revision to the absenteeism policy of Township boards and commissions.
II. Florian Sokolowski Claim
A letter from Bob Surdyk to Florian Sokolowski was reviewed by the Trustees.
III. Rooks Road Bridge
Jesse Lightle reported that the bridge on Rooks Road will be replaced. The work will start on February 18, 2008.
IV. Sterling Cove
Jesse Lightle updated the Trustees on the Sterling Cove project. The Trustees will be asked to authorize an additional $24,000 to complete the project.
V. University of Toledo Study
Jesse Lighted presented ideas to be included in a letter to the City of Centerville concerning the University of Toledo study.
VI. Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)
Larry Roberts was discussed as a potential candidate for the BZA. He will be interviewed at a later date.
VII. Paragon Road
Mike Wanamaker gave an update on the progress being made to soften the “S” curve on Paragon Road.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
