I. Agenda Changes

Jesse Lightle removed the Pepsi agreement from the agenda and inserted a new item concerning the purchase of services for designing and printing the 2007 Annual Report.

II. Retreat

Jesse Lightle passed out information concerning a retreat. This retreat is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 th, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

III. University of Toledo Study

Jesse Lightle passed out information concerning the University of Toledo study. This report was discussed in depth.

IV. Political Donations

A memo from Bob Surdyk concerning limitations on political donations was reviewed.

V. Centerville City Schools

Jesse Lightle presented ideas concerning Centerville City Schools’ purchase of additional land from the Township. The possibility of using more Hithergreen space for the schools was discussed.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
