PRE-MEETING WORKSHOP

I. Addendum Items

Jesse Lightle passed out addendum items for the Trustee meeting.

• Request for approval of URS Engineers to prepare modification of the Nutt Road Phase II plans.
• Request to promote Robert Walker to Service Worker III.
• Request to promote Zach Trent to Service Worker II.

II. Employee Awards Reception

The Trustees were reminded of the 7:00 p.m. reception for those receiving employee awards. It was decided that Terry Blair and Lee Snyder would pass out the awards at the Trustee meeting.

III. BZA Alternate

Four candidates were interviewed as alternates to the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA). Larry Roberts was discussed for possible appointment.

IV. Personnel

Sue Moore will be retiring on April 25 th. Her job will soon be posted.

V. March 29 th Retreat

Jesse Lightle passed out notes from the last retreat, which was June 20, 2005.

VI. Other

The meeting scheduled at 7:30 on March 31 st will be held at police headquarters. Jesse Lightle passed out a draft of the agenda.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
