I. Montgomery County Engineer

Washington Township received a notice that a traffic light is being proposed at Sheehan and Social Row Roads.

II. University of Toledo Report

Jesse Lightle passed out two e-mails relative to not having a merger. A discussion followed concerning the financial part of the University of Toledo study.

III. On-Line Registration – Rec Center

Despite the fact that the server at the Rec Center was down earlier in the day, 675 people registered for spring classes.

IV. Rec Advisory Board

Paul Labbe resigned from the Rec Advisory Board. The Township will be looking for a replacement.

V. Television Opportunity

Gary Smiga received a telephone call from TNT. They are looking at Centerville/Washington Township for a theme program.

VI. Other

There was a discussion concerning the ad policy for meeting notices.

Jesse Lightle gave an update on negotiations with Public Works union employees.

The April 14 th workshop was cancelled.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
