PRE-MEETING WORKSHOP

I. Domenic Fish

Domenic Fish was interviewed by the Trustees for student representative for the South Dayton Drug and Alcohol Task Force.

II. Announcements

Jesse Lightle announced the following:

• Youth in Government Day is scheduled for Tuesday, April  29 th.
• The Dayton Development Coalition will have a meeting on Monday, April 14 th, from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
• Miami Township is being sued because of a perceived ice obstruction that was formed following a training fire.
• Jesse Lightle discussed the Americana parade.

III. University of Toledo Study

Jesse Lightle reported that the meeting last Monday went very well. Staff continues to work with the University of Toledo on the draft report.

IV. Addendum Items

Two addendum items will be presented at the Trustee meeting. One addendum concerns the replacement of a section of guardrail on Rooks Road. The other will be a request by the Visual Improvement Program Committee to purchase various annuals and perennials for spring planting.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
