I. Board & Commission Training
Jesse Lightle distributed a notice to attend a training session on May 21st at 6:00 p.m.
Minutes from the March 29th retreat were distributed and reviewed.
Details were finalized for the Youth in Government Day scheduled for April 29th.
The dates of future workshop meetings were discussed. The current schedule may be revised to allow more time for planning.
Jesse Lightle shared information for improvements in the Township. She also reviewed upcoming events.
Terry Blair discussed details concerning the potential merger commission.
Terry Blair brought up an issue regarding a property on Grants Trail and Alex-Bell Road with an excessive number of cars parked on it.
Joyce Young reported on a number of complaints received from residents concerning aircraft noises.
All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
