I.         Financial Study

           There was a discussion about the financial study between Washington Township and the City of Centerville.

II.        City and Township Clock

           Jesse Lightle gave an update on the clock that will be installed adjacent to Town Hall.

III.       University of Toledo Report

           There was a general discussion on the status of the University of Toledo report.

IV.       Personnel Issues

           There was a general discussion on personnel issues.

V.        Volunteer Dinner

           The Volunteer Dinner was scheduled for Wednesday, September 10th.

VI.       Town Hall Rental Policy

           Details on a proposed rental policy at Township Hall were discussed.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
