PRE-MEETING WORKSHOP

I.         Vore Proclamation/Addendum

           Jesse Lightle presented a copy of a proclamation.  The Trustees reviewed a copy of the Groundskeeper quote for old fire station #43 on Rt. 48.

II.        Joint Entities Invitation. 

           The Trustees reviewed a copy of the invitation.

III.       Pre-Audit Letter

           Jesse Lightle passed out a copy of the pre-audit letter from the State of Ohio.

IV.       Other

           The Trustees discussed current record requests.  The Paddington Ditch project was also discussed—no progress yet.

           Terry Blair reported on an area off Whipp Road that needed trimming.

           Jesse Lightle reviewed the hearing date for the Scarborough Village modification.

V.        Fire Department

           Jim Neidhard reported on various subjects in the fire department. 

           Jesse Lightle reported on our opportunity to apply for a grant for six new tornado sirens.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
