I.       Reminders

         Chief Plummer will be at the pre-meeting workshop on June 16th at 6:00 p.m.

         Lebanon National Bank will be having a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.

II.     Jesse presented letters for top businesses in the Township for their recognition.

III.    University of Toledo

         Jesse presented a letter from Hugh Hinton addressing the not yet finished report.  She also spoke about the content of the next quarterly report.  There was also a discussion regarding the Washington Township Forever Website.

IV.     Thank You Letters

         Jesse passed out thank you letters.  A letter from the City of Moraine and a food collection program for needy school kids was reviewed.

V.      Online Ticketing at Town Hall

         There have been many requests for online ticketing.  Implementing a surcharge for this service was discussed.

VI.     Other

         Jesse reported on the progress with David's Cemetery on the Paddington Ditch project with the retention dam.

VII.    Jesse discussed the need for remodeling in the Township building.  There is a need to reorganize working areas to provide more space.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
