I. Agenda Memo

A new copy of the agenda was passed out with corrections.

II. Addendum Item

There was a presentation on the Paragon Road Sidewalk

III. Martin Luther King Breakfast

There was a discussion on who would be attending the Martin Luther King Breakfast.

IV. Contract With Township Administrator

The contract for rehiring Gary Huff was reviewed with changes.

V. Vacation

Mr. Huff indicated that he would be on vacation on Friday, January 13, 2006.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
