PRE-MEETING WORKSHOP

I. Paragon Road

Fred Tito from TEC Engineering gave a presentation on possible improvements to Paragon Road.

II. 2005 Annual Report

There was a discussion on the cost of producing the 2005 Annual Report.

III. Slidell, Louisiana

There was a discussion on the way to transfer ownership of vehicles that the Township is donating to Slidell, Louisiana, and how to deliver them.

IV. February 8 th Meeting

There will be a meeting on February 8 th to go over zoning regulations.

V. Oberer’s Water Line Request

There was a discussion concerning the placement of a water line that Oberer is installing to increase water capacity in the Divided Ridge area and areas south.

VI. V.I.P. Banners

There was a discussion about the design and purchase of spring and summer banners that were designed by the V.I.P. Committee.

VII. Street Improvement Program

There was a discussion concerning 6.7 miles of road to be resurfaced as part of the Street Improvement Program.

VIII. FEMA/NIMS

There was a presentation made about the NIMS tests for 2006.

IX. Adjournment

Since it was time for the regular Trustee Meeting, it was agreed that the pre-meeting workshop would be continued after the Trustee Meeting. The pre-meeting adjourned at 7:25 p.m. and reconvened at 8:55 p.m.

X. Job Description

A job description for a new or additional Deputy Administrator was distributed and discussed.
