I. Paragon Road
Gary Huff presented an update on the progress of straightening the two "S" turns on Paragon Road.
II. BP Station
The City of Centerville placed a bid on the property at St. Rt. 48 and Spring Valley Road. They intend to use This space as a park.
III. Atchison & Spring Valley
Tom Toberen presented a Traffic Signal Agreement for the intersection between Montgomery County, the City of Centerville, and Washington Township.
IV. Future Zoning Cases
Tom Toberen presented a summary of zoning cases coming up before the Zoning Commission and the Trustees.
V. Visual Improvement Program ( VIP) & Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)
Gary Huff presented a proposition to reappoint Richard Ciambrone to the BZA and Sarah Stanton to the VIP. An alternate is still needed for the BZA.
VI. Garnet Property
A property exchange was discussed with Robert Steiger.
VII. Spring Valley Easement
Vectren is requesting a ten foot easement for a gas line on the property owned by the Township.
VIII. Ribbon Cuttings

There was a complaint from Steve McCaffrey concerning cars cutting through Grand Vista.
