I. BZA Interview

Richard Ciambrone was interviewed for the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA).

II. Fire Code Resolution

Gary Huff gave a presentation on the new Fire Safety Council's Unified Standards and Ohio Fire Code.

III. Agenda

A corrected agenda for tonight's meeting was passed out.

IV. Employee Awards

The procedure for passing out the employee awards was discussed.

V. Addendum Items

Addendum items for tonight's meeting were discussed. They include a Then and Now purchase, a request by Vectren for an easement, a request to replace the stair system on the waterslide at the Rec Center, a request to refurbish the fiberglass flume of the waterslide, and a request to go to bid for the remodeling of the entrance to the Rec Center and for replacing the carpet at the Rec Center.

VI. Joint Entities

The Joint Entities dinner was discussed.

VII. Zoning Case Z-672A

A memo from Tom Toberen, e-mails from concerned citizens, a phone call from Kathy Burger, and a letter from Don Rader and Kathleen Russell-Rader about Zoning Case Z-672A were discussed.

VIII. New Dispatch Center

The Trustees will meet at Fire Station 41 on Monday, July 24 th, to see the new dispatch equipment.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
