I. Addendum Item

Gary Huff presented information concerning the possibility of promoting Andy Ehrhart.

II. Public Art

Gary Huff gave a presentation concerning the Township’s participation in putting a clock in front of the Town Hall building.

III. Rental

Gary Huff presented a proposal for renting the Rec West facility on Sunday mornings.

IV. VIP Member

The Trustees discussed the interest expressed by Cheryl Mauer to join the Visual Improvement Program (VIP).

V. Crawford

Gary Huff presented information concerning a possible fix for a water runoff problem.

VI. Vernonica Winwood

The Trustees discussed the qualifications and interest expressed by Veronica Winwood to be reappointed to the Zoning Commission.

VII. Sterling Cove

Gary Huff presented information on the possible take over of the streets in the area.

VIII. Clyo and Spring Valley

Gary Huff presented a letter of proposal from Montgomery County Engineer Joe Litvin concerning a joint study of the intersection at Clyo Road and Spring Valley Pike.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
