I. Health Insurance

Jesse Lightle presented a summary on the "wait period" for new employees on health insurance.

II. University of Toledo

The progress of the interviews for the cost comparison with the City of Centerville was discussed.

III. Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) Applicants

Jesse Lightle presented ideas on how many and when to interview potential applicants for the BZA.

IV. Dedication of Town Hall

An official dedication in 2009 was discussed for Town Hall.

V. Gift for Volunteers

Jesse Lightle presented a sample of a gift that may be given to volunteers at the Annual Volunteer Dinner. VI. Paragon Road Mike Wanamaker presented ideas on temporary improvements to Paragon Road.

VII. Engine 41 Bill Gaul presented possible costs on reconditioning the transmission on Engine 41.

VIII. Station 41   Bill Gaul presented estimates on concrete work needed at Station 41. This will be an addendum item at the Trustee meeting.

IX. Bob Steiger Bob Steiger approached Jesse Lightle on the possibility of trading lots in back of the Government Center.
