I. Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA Alternate)

Gary Huff presented ideas on the selection process for choosing the Township’s next alternate for the BZA.

II. Air Guns

The Trustees discussed the possibility of monitoring the use of air guns.

III. Hithergreen Transportation

Gary Huff presented information concerning Hithergreen’s transportation service for senior citizens needing it.

IV. Rooks Road Guard Rail

Gary Huff presented information concerning a non-connecting section of guard rail and associated grading on Rooks Road.

V. John Lewis

Gary Huff provided information concerning John Lewis’ qualifications and pay grade.

VI. R.G. Properties

There was a general discussion concerning the rejection of the R.G. Properties annexation by Springboro.

VII. Southview Hospital

There is a memorial dedication at Southview Hospital scheduled for Thursday, July 12 th at 10:00 a.m.

VIII. Zoning Inspector

The Township’s new Zoning Inspector, Michael Gebhart, recently resigned. The Township is looking for a new person to fill this position.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
