PRE-MEETING WORKSHOP

I. Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)

Two applicants, Donald Weckstein and Robert Looper, were interviewed for the Board of Zoning Appeals.

II. Addendum Items

Mr. Huff presented two addendum items for the Trustee meeting. One concerned awarding a contract for the 2007 Sidewalk and Curb Repair Program and the other concerned authorizing expenses for the elected officials, Township Administrator and Deputy Administrator to attend the National Association of Towns and Townships Conference in Washington D.C. from September 5 th through September 7 th.

III. Public Works Director

Gary Huff went over details on rehiring Mike Wanamaker.

IV. Special Meeting

A special meeting was scheduled for hearing the White Oak zoning case. The meeting was scheduled for 4:00 p.m. on July 25 th.

V. Public Entities Meeting

The next Public Entities Meeting will be hosted by Centerville City Schools. It will be held at Centerville Primary Village South, starting at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 30 th, with a social gathering and tour of the school.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
