PRE-MEETING WORKSHOP

I. Addendum Item

Gary Huff presented an addendum for the Trustee meeting concerning new fire equipment.

II. Zoning Commission

The qualifications of potential Zoning Commission volunteers were discussed.

III. House on Social Row Road

A house on Social Row Road will be burned on August 19 th and August 22 nd.

IV. Station 43

The drainage problem in front of the lot at Station 43 will be repaired by in-house personnel this fall.

V. Paragon Road

Gary Huff presented ideas for financing improvements on Paragon Road.

VI. Shred Service

Gary Huff presented ideas on a record retention program and shredding unneeded records. The shredding service could also extend to residents.

VII. GovDeals

Gary Huff presented figures on the items auctioned off on GovDeals.

VIII. Zoning Inspector

There was a general discussion concerning the zoning inspector position.

IX. Workshop Cancellation

The workshop scheduled for August 13th was cancelled.

X. Ice Cream Social

The Ice Cream Social is scheduled for August 12 th.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
