as Legal Counsel and to Reappoint Robert J. Surdyk as Law Director
of Washington Township

On the 5 th day of February, 2007, the Board of Trustees of Washington Township adopted a Resolution pursuant to Chapter 504 of the Ohio Revised Code to retain Surdyk, Dowd & Turner Co. L.P.A. as legal counsel and to reappoint Robert J. Surdyk as Law Director of Washington Township.

Motion made by Joyce Young; motion seconded by Lee Snyder.

SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION TO REGULATE THE DISCHARGE OF AIR RIFLES, AIR PISTOLS AND PELLET GUNS AND OTHER SIMILAR CONTRIVANCES WITHIN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, MONTGOMERY COUNTY, OHIO

On the 17 TH day of September, 2007, the Board of Trustees of Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio adopted a Resolution pursuant to Chapter 504 of the Ohio Revised Code to regulate the discharge of air rifles, air pistols and pellet guns and other similar contrivances within the unincorporated area of Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio

Motion made by Joyce Young; motion seconded by Terry Blair.

SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION TO REQUIRE ADVANCE PAYMENT OF COSTS INCURRED BY WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP TO CREATE, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A LIGHTING DISTRICT WITHIN THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP

On the 15th day of October, 2007, the Board of Trustees of Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio adopted a Resolution pursuant to Chapter 504 of the Ohio Revised Code to require advance payment of costs incurred by Washington Township to create, operate and maintain a lighting district within the unincorporated area of Washington Township. This Resolution shall be applicable to lighting districts, the petitions for which are received on or after January 1, 2008.

Motion made by Mr. Blair; motion seconded by Mrs. Young.
