BOOM Move It, 1 pm - Get your cardio workout with a class featuring music and dance steps from the 1950s through the present day. The class is achievable for beginner to experienced dancers.

BOOM Muscle, 1:45 pm - Achieve a total body workout through a unique multiple-muscle combination of progressive exercises using dumbbells, in addition to some intervals of non-weighted agility and athletic moves. Participants select the intensity and complexity appropriate for their individual fitness level.

Short Tennis

Pass holders can play a mini version of tennis three days per week using a shorter court, lower net, softer ball and smaller racket. The rules of the game are pretty much the same as regular tennis and it's just as much fun. Head to the Rec West gym on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11 am until 12:30 pm to see if short tennis is the game for you.

Table Tennis

If you want a great workout fueled by a little competition, try a rousing game of table tennis. The big gym is packed with players, from novice to pro, on Mondays and Fridays 12:30-3:30 pm. Free. Registration not required.
