We are financed through property tax dollars. Therefore, to be considered a "resident" you must pay property taxes to Centerville or Washington Township. For residents to receive resident rates, you will be required to present identification such as a valid driver's license, facility pass, utility bill, tax record or pay with a check, with address printed by the bank. Patrons (children or adults) who do not have such identification at the time of the transaction will be required to pay the non-resident rates.
