Facilities

Washington Township’s recreation complex features two facilities with a combined 76,000-square feet of fully-equipped indoor recreation space and an adjacent 26-acre park with paths, ponds and shelter. Our children’s theater is situated in an early 20th century building located in Washington Township’s historic city center.

Rental opportunities for parties, community groups and business gatherings are available at every facility.

Washington Township Recreation Center

Our central recreation facility features a 50,000-square-foot natatorium with two indoor pools and a 140-foot water flume slide, two gymnasiums, fitness room, indoor running track, indoor climbing wall, locker rooms and two multipurpose rooms with kitchens. Click for more information.

Countryside Park

Rec West

This facility next to the Recreation Center offers 29,000-square feet devoted to recreation programming, parties, meetings and presentations, including five sizes and types of rooms. Highlights include a game room and a full-size theater with professional movie screen. Click for more information.
