2013 Summer Camp Information

Washington Township Recreation Center's camp staff has a fun-filled summer planned that will make every day feel like an adventure! Each week the children will enjoy traditional outdoor games, canoeing, archery, swimming and field trips around Southwest Ohio no matter which one of the seven camps they select.  Every day will be packed with fun action themes so the campers will experience a week of "High Adventures" or experience the thrills all summer long!

2013 Summer Camp Pre-Registration Information

People who wish to register for camp on May 4 will first need to enroll each child in the Camp Pre-Registration Activity (53000-13). This activity allows staff to collect emergency contact information.  By requiring this information to be collected before May 4, we expedite the camp registration process.  You will not be able to register for camp until enrolled in this activity.  Enrollment in the Camp Pre-Registration Activity DOES NOT guarantee a spot in summer camp.

Procedure for Pre-Registration

• Go to the online registration link in the upper left corner of this page
• Log in with your WTRC username and password.
  • To obtain a WTRC username and password, Residents stop by the Recreation Center with your driver's license with current address; Non-Resident's call 433-0130.
• Go to code 53000 for Camp Pre-Registration class.
• Complete all the questions and submit, then continue with the checkout process.  There is no cost for pre-registration activity enrollment.
• You will receive a receipt with the pre-registration completed questions and an attachment for the summer camp medical form.
• Print off the medical form, fill out completely and return to Rec West immediately.

2013 Camp Cancellation/Refund Policy

No refunds will be given once the scheduled camp week has begun. 
Cancellations made within 24 hours of registration will receive 100% refund. 
Cancellations made on or after 24 hours through July 10 receive a 50% refund. 
Cancellations made on or after July 11 will receive a 25% refund. 
All refunds will be placed on a household account.  Patrons may request a refund check in writing.
