Summer Camp 2016

Let the Games Begin!

See our Complete Camp brochure here.

Our Recreation Department’s full-day camps are your child’s summer vacation destination, and our recreation staff is HUNGRY to get the summer camp season started!

We’ve lined up plenty of great games and field trips inspired by a popular movie with hunger in its name. Each week, camp activities are designed around a different theme or district that will delight our tributes and provide lasting memories. And, of course, there will always be the capital favorites of swimming, outdoor games, canoeing, rock climbing, and at least one weekly field trip to a special destination.

Camps are offered May 31-August 12 for age five through grade eight, with extended care options in the morning and afternoon. Whether campers sign up for one week or all eleven, they’ll reap the benefits of our entire recreation campus.

Each Washington Township summer camp offers different options and experiences, so try them all … the fun will be ever in your favor!
