Instructor names are omitted as from time to time substitute instructors need to be secured due to vacations, illness, unexpected conflicts, etc. Participants are highly encouraged to exercise at their own pace. We recommend that a physician be consulted before starting an exercise program. All classes are co-ed. Participant space is on a first-come, first–serve basis. Class capacities are determined by the equipment available, available space and patron safety. Class participants are to present their ticket to the monitoring attendant.
Participants will pay for each class upon entrance to any walk-in land or water fitness class at the Recreation Center Front Desk or Rec West Reception Desk. Please present your Complete Pass, Driver's License or Resident Card to pay the Complete Pass, Resident, or Non-Resident fees. Those participants without the proper verification will be required to pay the Non-Resident rate.
You may chose to purchase coupon books for aerobic classes to eliminate the need to purchase a coupon at the desk before each class. Coupon books include tickets for fifteen visits. The coupon books are non-refundable. The cost of the book will be dependent on residency status and pass status. Come prepared to present documentation of residency and pass if current.

The following screenings will help you understand your body's health levels. Some screenings require a fee be paid. Check the current quarterly for scheduled screenings.
Day/Time: Wednesdays 9:00am - 12:00pm
Dates: March 7, April 4, May 2, June 6.
Blood Pressure Screenings will take place at the Recreation Center on the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00am-12:00pm. The professionals from Kettering Health Network will conduct the screenings. There is no charge for this service.
A program for one looking to train one-on-one with a certified fitness trainer. Each one-hour session is designed with one's personal fitness needs in mind. Sessions can be as consecutive as you wish. Please call 438-2753 x 2802

A must for anyone starting a fitness program or not familiar with the equipment in our center. This orientation lasts approximately 60 minutes and will orientate one to the proper usage of each piece of strength and cardio fitness equipment housed in our center.
