Registration Information

Pre-register your household on our Rec Trac System to expedite the registration process. Residents must come in to prove residency. Contact the front desk at the recreation center to update your records (433-0130).

Session Schedules: Class sessions vary in length. Check class information for specific dates and class location.

Payment - You may pay by check, cash, MasterCard or VISA.

Fee Codes

  • PHR=Complete Pass Holder Resident
  • PHNR=Complete Pass Holder Non Resident
  • CPH=Complete Pass Holder
  • R=Resident (Washington Township/Centerville)
  • NR=Non Resident

Walk-In

  • RESIDENCY MUST BE PROVEN, in the form of a valid driver's license, facility pass, utility bill, tax record, or check with bank printed address.
  • Individual or Household Complete Pass must be shown at registration. An individual may enroll one other family during registration with proof of residency, as mentioned above.

Waiting List Policy (General Programming)

Our goal is to service as many patrons as possible in all classes. When waiting list numbers indicate need, and instructor and space are available, our staff will add classes. We do not transfer siblings or friends to the new class offered.

  • Every attempt will be made to contact you at all phone numbers given. If we fail to reach you, or cannot leave a message, we will call the next available person.
  • After verbally committing to a class, patrons have 24 hours to reserve the class spot by paying in full. After 24 hours and no payment, name will be removed from potential class roster.
  • A $10.00 transfer fee will be assessed if transferring from a previously registered class.
