Recreation Center Rental Information/Fees

Individual areas may be rented. Rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis, and when there is not other Recreation Center programming that may conflict. Pool, gym, and whole facility rentals are done on Saturdays evenings and/or after the Recreation Center has closed to the general public. Individual room rentals are available as programming permits.

Facility Rentals (whole facility and pool rentals) may be booked no less than four weeks prior to the event.

Rec West Rental Information/Fees

Rec West Birthday Parties

Enjoy activities with friends in the game room, gym or auditorium, followed by cake and ice cream in the new Rec West facility. Cake, ice cream, punch and paper goods are included in the fee. The staff will take care of the setup and cleanup so parents can sit back and have fun with the birthday child and party guests. Designed for elementary ages and older.  Contact 438-7985 to book your party.

Rec West Birthday and Swim Parties (Fall/Winter/Spring ONLY)

Start your party at Rec West facility, enjoy cake and ice cream, and then move to the Rec Center Pool for the open swim time. This party provides an entire afternoon of fun! Cake, ice cream, punch and paper goods are included in the fee. The staff will take care of the setup and cleanup so parents can sit back and have fun with the birthday child and party guests.  Contact 438-7985 to book your party.

Time: 1:00-3:30 pm (Open activities 1:00-3:30pm, 3:30- 5:00pm Swim)
Fee: $130/10 children, $5/each additional child

Outdoor Adventure Birthday Parties (Ages 8 and older - SUMMER ONLY)

Capture the Flag, canoeing and cake. . .it's a great way to celebrate your birthday with friends. On select days throughout the summer, the outdoor facilities will be made available for parties between the hours of 5:00 -7:00pm. Party is complete with cake, ice cream, punch and paper supplies.

Time: 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm start time (1 party per day)
Fee: $80/10 children, $5/each additional child

Preschool Playday Birthday Parties (Ages 3-5, September - May Only)

Designed specifically for preschoolers, ages 3-5 years old. Our preschool activity equipment will be setup in the gym for a fun half-hour of play. Then it will be time for cake and ice cream. We do all the setup and cleanup! The party is complete with cake, ice cream, punch and paper supplies. Limit 10 children, including the birthday child. (No additional children allowed for safety purposes.)

Fee: $60/10 children

Town Hall Theatre Birthday Parties

Make your next birthday party a “dramatic” experience at Town Hall Theatre! The party begins with tickets to the show! Afterwards, your group will have 45 minutes with a special party coordinator, cake, ice cream, punch and paper supplies. We do all the set-up and clean-up! And, as a special “birthday treat,” our cast will sing “Happy Birthday” to the guest of honor! Parties must have a minimum of 10 guests, including the birthday person and 2 adult chaperones.  Call our box office at 433-8957 to schedule your next birthday party at Town Hall Theatre! Days/Times: Performance Dates Only – Not offered on opening nights.
Friday Performances: Curtain time is 7:00pm with party to follow show.
Saturday & Sunday Performances: Curtain time is 3:00pm with party to follow show.
Fees: $55/10 guests, $4 each additional guest; tickets purchased separately at our group rate discount.

Swim Birthday Parties

Enjoy your special day at the Recreation Center with a party and swim! This party package includes cake, ice cream, beverage, paper products and an attendant who sets up and cleans up. After cake and presents it's off to the pool for open swim time. All children 4 and under must be in the water with a paying, swimming adult 18 years and older. Parties are scheduled on Saturdays during open swim time and when our pool or building is not hosting a special event.  Contact 433-0130 to book your party.
