Mark Metzger holds a B.F.A. in Directing/Stage Management from Wright State University. He has directed eighteen productions with both the A.C.T and Landmark Theatre Companies, while producing 14 seasons here as Managing Artistic Director. Recent directing projects include The Cay and The Elves and the Shoemaker at the California Theatre Center. Here at Town Hall Theatre, he has directed Peter Pan, Scarlet Pimpernel, Zorro, The Three Muskeeters, and, from the Dickens cannon, A Tale of Two Cities and Great Expectations. Locally, Mark has directed productions of The Sound of Music, an original adaptation of the Oedipus Cycle plays, Oedicron and Long Day's Journey Into Night. He has held artistic and administrative posts with the California Theatre Center, Miami University Theatre and The Dayton Playhouse.


Brittany Hayden-Hinkle

Brittany Hayden-Hinkle comes to Town Hall Theatre directly from University of Dayton where she graduated with a Masters degree in Fine Arts Education. Prior to this, Brittany attended the University of Illinois where she obtained a BFA in theatre with a concentration in children's theatre. At the University of Illinois she worked as a dramaturg, assistant to the scene painter, properties assistant, as well as various lightening and scenery run crews. She assisted in various productions, her favorites being Angels in America, Virtual Devotion, Henry V, and Big, Bad Wolf on Trial. She also worked with local schools to direct and choreograph their plays.

Stacy Gear

Stacy Gear has over 20 years of teaching and performance experience. Cinderella marks Stacy's 27th show as choreographer for Town Hall! Stacy earned her BFA in Dance from Wright State University and has been a member of Dayton Ballet II and DCDC II. In addition to choreographing for Town Hall, she is also the Dance Area Coordinator for WTRC, and has choreographed for Miami University, most recently, HAIR. Stacy has had the opportunity of studying dance in New York City and London, England. In addition to being a dance teacher and choreographer, Stacy is also certified in Pilates, and enjoys choreographing and teaching at several organizations and schools throughout Ohio.

Amanda Egloff

Amanda graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her B.F.A. in Technical Design and Production in 2003. Some of her Technical Direction credits there included Pelleas et Melisande, The Marriage of Figaro, and Stop Kiss. During her summers she has worked for the Williamstown Theater Festival, most notably during the 2001 season for which they received a Tony for Best Regional Theatre. Locally, Amanda has taught at Clark State, designing the 2006 production of Rumors. She has served as technical director for THT for two seasons, overseeing 20 productions including Seussical, Best Christmas Pageant Ever and A Year with Frog and Toad. Amanda lives in Dayton with her wonderful husband Ben, and son Connor. She wishes to thank her family for their love and support and for enabling her to work here!

Miranda Gullion

Wardrobe Supervisor

Miranda Gullion graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where she received a B.A. in Art History. She has worked on wardrobe and hair crews for touring productions of Hairspray, Evita, and Cats. She also designed and styled wigs for LSU productions of Candide, The Heidi Chronicles, The Living and The Miser.

 

 

Briley Lambert

Briley Lambert recently completed 2 years at Wright State University studying Costume Design where she designed costumes for The Tempest and the dance piece …transcending tides…. She was also the assistant costume designer for Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. For Town Hall, she has designed costumes for How to Eat Like a Child, Aristocats & 101 Dalmatians, The Brave Little Tailor and Madeline's Christmas. Briley holds a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from Calvin College. As a member of the Calvin Theatre Company, she sewed costumes and worked on the wardrobe crew for many shows including A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum, Return of the Prodigal, and As It Is In Heaven. She also has served as the Director of Dramatic Support for Patterson Park Church. She thanks her Mom and Dad for their love and support.

 

Laura Ferdinand

Laura is proud to return for her second show at THT. A graduate of Miami University, she was a director, costumer, scenic artist, and actor twice nominated to compete at the Kennedy Center's regional theatre festival, ACTF. She also founded Sketched Out Improv and was named a Miami Summer Scholar – an award that allowed her to study at the Avignon Theatre Festival in France.
Outside of work you can find Laura singing, sewing, and cooking. She thanks her mother and Dan for the unending support and guidance and her crew for their dedication and laughter. She is so lucky to spend her time with all the wonderful people that make THT.

Chris Harmon

Chris is very excited to be returning to direct and paint at THT again this season. Last year he directed Disney's Geppetto and Son and Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. Previous directing credits include She Loves Me at Beavercreek Community Theatre, Anything Goes for Springfield Arts Council, Funny Girl at Dayton Playhouse, and A Year with Frog and Toad for THT.

Chris is the resident set designer, board member and artistic committee member at the Dayton Playhouse as well. Recent sets include A Street Car Named Desire, The King and I, and Finding December. He is a nine time Daytony winner for both set design and acting. Favorite roles he as played are Dr. Frank N Furter in The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Orin the Dentist in Little Shop of Horrors.
