New this year, Woodland Lights tickets are available online. Just click here to get started!
Tickets can be printed at home, or staff can scan a smartphone or tablet at the gate for the ultimate in easy planning.
Admission is $8 all nights with discounts for groups of 10 or more and, on select nights, for veterans, seniors and Complete Pass Holders. Children age two and under are free.
To purchase advance tickets in person, stop by any recreation department building -- The Recreation Center, Rec West and Town Hall Theatre -- during regular business hours. Gate tickets may be purchased nightly starting at 6 pm. Visa, MasterCard, checks or cash are accepted.
Our thanks to Panera Bread for sponsoring the new service.
Woodland Lights is proud to partner with Bellbrook Chocolate Shoppe and A Special Wish Foundation to make wishes come true for young people with life-threatening illnesses.
When purchasing tickets online you’ll be prompted to add a donation to your order for the foundation’s Wish Upon a Star program. The entire donation goes toward making wishes come true for local children!
There’s also a sweet deal for patrons who purchase tickets at the gate. Donate $2 or more and receive a $2 voucher for some deliciously wicked chocolates, courtesy of Bellbrook Chocolate Shoppe.
Groups of ten or more receive $1 off each admission when purchasing their tickets at the same time. Offer valid online or at our gate.
Flash Your ID Nights! - Weeknights only, December 4-30
Present your Military ID, Golden Buckeye Card or Recreation Center Complete Pass at the gate on these nights to receive $1 off a single admission. Not available for online purchases.
Theatre Combo - December 4-6, 11-13, 18-20
Combine the fun of Woodland Lights with a children’s show at Town Hall Theatre! Present your Woodland Lights ticket stub at the theatre box office to receive $2 off tickets purchased at the door to see A Fairy Tale Christmas Carol at Town Hall Theatre.
Our Woodland Lights path is paved and fully accessible for strollers, walkers and wheel chairs. For areas where special accommodations may be required, including steps leading into Santa's cabin or onto our horse drawn carriage, please let our gate staff know how we may be of assistance when you arrive.
When it is available, a golf cart option is offered for people who have limited mobility. Commercial passenger vehicles also are permitted on some portions of the path on select nights with advance registration. Please contact our staff by email or call 937-433-8957 to discuss how we can best accommodate your needs on the night of your visit.
