Woodland Lights is an outdoor event that rarely closes, even when the weather is cold and snowy. However, rain and ice can force the holiday event to shut down for all or part of an evening.
Water and ice can cause equipment malfunctions and create potential safety issues along the lighted path. Typically, the decision to close Woodland Lights is made a couple hours before the path opens, which is roughly 4 p.m.
To check if Woodland Lights is open for the evening, call 433-0130 after 4 p.m. on the day you intend to visit.
