Visual Improvement Program
The Visual Improvement Program is a volunteer
board appointed by the Board of Trustees to serve a four year
term. The commission makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees
on measures intended to enhance the beauty of the township's
roadways, residential and commercial areas. The committee meets
the second Wednesday of the month at 3:30
p.m. in the Conference Room of the Public Works Building,
8190 McEwen Road.

the Washington Township VIP Committee to assist the Township

to live or work by ...encouraging Township residents to create and maintain property in a manner which enhances the environment ...assisting the Trustees in developing projects which add to the natural beauty of the township ...helping to educate the citizenry about the fragile nature of our environment and how to preserve it ...citing individuals and businesses who best display a pleasing and ecologically safe environment. |
