Walk-In Classes - Aquatic - Ages 16 & up

Deep Water Fitness

Take the plunge! Deep water running and traveling that is guaranteed to challenge your cardio fitness combined with toning the improve flexibility and increase muscle tone and core strength. Buoyancy belts are provided and create a no impact workout to the joints. Participants exercise in 6 to 12 feet of water. A shallow water entrance is offered.

Power Splash Workout

It's a splash and dash! A vigorous and fast-paced water workout for the serious exerciser that utlizes the properties of the water as well equipment for muscular and core strength training, tone and flexibility.

EZ Aqua

A slow-paced warm water gentlemovement exercise class that is just what the doctor orderedfor arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, high blood pressure or pre-post surgery. A very social way to improve on flexibility, balance and joint mobility.

Aqua Blast

Use the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and flexibility. A variety of water fitness equipment is used to further challenge participants.

Aqua Bootcamp

Step up your aqua exerrcise with cardiovascular drills, strength training moves and more. This class is great for cross training athletes an the serious aqua exerciser. Class formats include Tabata, circuit training and high-intensity interval training. Class takes place mostly in shallow water with options fo deep water challenges as well.

Splash Aerobics

This invigorating, yet slower-paced class is targeted to the beginner exerciser. Held in the shallow water to improve cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance, this class will give you a safe, effective, fun and 'no sweat' workout! You'll be able to carry on a conversation with your friends while working out to improve your fitness level. M/F 9:15-10 am


Enjoy this most popular land fitness exercise program in the water. It's a "pool party" workout for all ages. The workout is safe, effective and incorporates dance rhythms like the merengue, cumbia and salsa that use the resistance of the water to tone and invigorate. The movements are easy to follow and the class is conducted in the shallow end of the pool. All participants must have swim suit and towel.

H20 Interval Challenge

Jump into the pool for a workout that will challenge your cardio fitness, strength and endurance through intervals of Tabata, core strengthening exercises and flexibility routines all in one.

NEW! Gentle Yoga

Set the tone for the rest of your day and find inner balance while you build strength and flexibility. This is a beginner-paced class with flowing sequences and emphasis on alignment, core stability and inner awareness. Modifications and chairs will be provided to accommodate all body types and abilities.

NEW! Intro to Yoga

This class is perfect for those who have never tried yoga, or for those who want to revisit the basics. Don't worry about missing a class -- each will be different and focused on the needs of beginners.

NEW! Yoga Refresh

Beginning with a warm-up, Yoga Refresh transitions to moderate intensity poses and finishes with relaxation poses and breathing. This class is great by itself, or for those who have already completed a work out and are looking for a stretch and cool down.


This group-focused total body strength and cardio class incorporates principles from personal training and functional strength coaching.

Cardio Fusion

It's Step and Yoga fused together in one class. 'Step' this way to get a high-intensity, yet low-impact workout using the step platform to train and shape the lower body, building strong legs, lifted butt, and a functionally-fit core. Transition to gentle power yoga poses to focus on strength and athleticism. You will see your fitness level increase drastically.


This class offers three 20-minute segments of different types of cardio, strength and core-based formats that can change every week. If you like variety, you'll love the spontaneity of this class. Fusing intensities and different types of exercises creates intervals and variations that shock your body into getting more fit.

Align & Define

Based on the core principles of Pilates with a little extra. Body weight exercises are incorporated to target overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning. Use of the TRX suspension training system will also be incorrporated. Gentle enough for those beginning a fitness program, yet because there are progressions in the class, those that would like more of a challenge have that option as well. A class where everyone feels included and can prrogress at their own level.


A great workout that combines high and low intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Both Latin and world rhythms combine cardio, conditioning, balance and flexibility. It's excercise in disguise.


A low-impact class that re-creates the original Zumba dance fitness moves at a lower intensity with an emphasis on range of motion, coordination and balance. The class is well-suited for beginning exercisers and active older adults.

Tai Chi

Meditation in motion! Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements in addition to relieving stress, improving range of motion and flexibbility. Reduce stress and get an awesome workout. Our instructor has over 28 years of experience as a martial arts instructor and is a 5th degree black belt.


Stretch, breathe, focus, rejuvenate! Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.


This dance fitness program centers around ballroom dance moves, including foxtrot, disco, quickstep, jive, husttle, merengue, rumba and more. Achieve a super cardio workout while dancing. No dance experience necessary.

TRX Kickboxing

This combo class will leave you sweating, pumped, and ready to take on the world! Suspension training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously using gravity and the user's body weight to complete a variety of exercises. Transition to the kickboxing format that integrates punches and kicks for more cardio and muscle endurance fun!
