Creekside at the Village of Winding Creek

Approximately 68 single-family lots are included in a two-stage Planned Development District approved for State Route 48. Previously, the property was approved for split zoning, with multi-family and single-family zones.

Washington Township Square

Washington Township Square has an updated look that features a new stone facade on its columns and along its roof line. Updates include a light beige and cream color palette that has replaced the former brown brick.

“The facade has changed the whole look of the center,” says Zoning Manager Ryan Lee. “Reinvestment in an existing center makes it more attractive, more of a place that tenants want to be.

Washington Township Square is located on Miamisburg-Centerville Road, between Lyons and McEwen roads, and is owned by RG Properties, a full-service commercial real estate company.

Tenants benefitting from the improvements include DiBella’s Old Fashioned Submarines, PNC Bank, FedEx Kinko’s and Concord Custom Cleaners. The 159,632-square foot commercial center also includes the structure directly to the east where retail businesses and restaurants such as Sam’s Club, Arhaus Furniture, Chipotle and Cold Stone Creamery are located.
