The Montgomery County Township Association has awarded two township employees and one township business this year at their annual awards gala. 

award winner Jesse Lightle, Washington Township Administrator, has received the Administrator of the Year award from the Montgomery County Township Association. Jesse has served as Administrator for the past 12 years and is constantly using her strengths in financial stewardship, communications, and economic development to go to bat for the township and create the community that residents deserve.

Mike Barlow, Washington Township Finance Director, has received the Township Employee of the Year from the Montgomery County Township Association. Mike has served the township for almost 30 years and has an impressive reputation of receiving a clean financial audit from the state every single year. 
 award winner Eric Heigel, Store Manager of the Washington Township Sam's Club, has received the Outstanding Business Partner of the Year award from the Montgomery County Township Association. Eric has spent the past 13 years serving our community and has been a huge supporter of the township and its residents. During the pandemic, he helped secure critical PPE for our first responders, provided masks to fire & police, and pledged his support to Woodland Lights as the main sponsor for the eighth consecutive year.
