Aqua Classes

Ages 16 & up

Deep Water Fitness

Improve flexibility, increase cardiovascular fitness, and build muscle and core strength. Buoyancy belts are provided and create a no impact workout to the joints. Participants exercise in 6-12 feet of water. A shallow water entrance is offered then class moves to deeper water.

EZ Aqua

A slow-paced, warm-water, gentle-movement exercise class that is just what the doctor ordered for arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, high blood pressure, pre-surgery or post-surgery. A very social way to improve on flexibility, balance and joint mobility.

Aqua Blast

Use the resistance of the water to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance and flexibility. A variety of water fitness equipment is used to further challenge participants.

Splash Aerobics

This shallow water exercise class improves cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and toning. Great for beginners but challenging enough for the advanced student.


Enjoy this most popular land fitness exercise program in the water. It's a "pool party" workout for all ages. The workout is safe, effective and incorporates dance rhythms like the merengue, cumbia and salsa that use the resistance of the water to tone and invigorate. The movements are easy to follow and the class is conducted in the shallow end of the pool. All participants must have swim suit and towel.

Mind & Body Classes

Ages 16 & up


Stretch, breathe, focus, rejuvenate! Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Gentle Exercise

Modifications and chairs will be provided to accommodate all body types and abilities in this class that will be sure to set the tone for the rest of your day. Find inner balance while you build strength and flexibility and focus on alignment, core stability and inner awareness. No prior yoga experience is required.

Intro to Yoga

This class is perfect for those who have never tried yoga, for those who want to revisit the basics, and for families with children ages 9 and up to participate together. Discover the benefits of yoga. No prior yoga experience required.


Yoga's combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements brings health benefits with regular participation. Yoga participants report better sleep, increased energy levels and muscle tone, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, improved circulation and overall better general health

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is meditation in motion, promoting serenity through gentle, flowing movements. The practice improves range of motion and flexibility, reduces stress, and provides an awesome workout. Our instructor has more than 28 years of experience as a martial arts instructor and is a 5th degree black belt.


Qigong uses meditative movement to improve spirit and physical health.

Cardio & Strength Classes

Beachbody® Live

Join Personal Trainer Tina Durkin in this head to toe workout using equipment as well as using your body weight to maximize a total body workout. This class can incorporate interval training to keep your heart rate elevated all while you sculpt, tone, and stretch.

Body Sculpt

A resistance training class to sculpt muscles, strengthen your core and increase flexibility. Free weights and bands may be used.


This TRX class improves your mobility, flexibility, core strength, and builds lean muscle. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer which leverages gravity and the user's body. TRX is a total-body fitness program designed for both beginners and advanced members. No previous experience needed.


Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND® transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. This exhilarating, full-body workout combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been designed to match every single move. In this class, calories will be burned while arms, legs, abs and glutes are toned.

Active Older Adult Classes

SilverSneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on the individual's fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.
