Washington Township until further notice is not offering fingerprinting services for people who need common background checks for employment, education & more.
How Fingerprint Services Work
Fingerprint services – which require a prior appointment – are offered 8 am to 4 pm weekdays at the Washington Township Recreation Center, 895 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd. Township staff will take a digital image of fingerprints and send them to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI) for a records search. Results can take up to 30 business days. (This is digital fingerprinting, not rolled. See information below for rolled.)
Cost
Residents of Centerville/Washington Township can receive fingerprinting services at a reduced price. BCI-State of Ohio Fingerprints cost $24 for residents and $45 for non-residents. FBI Fingerprints cost $48 for residents and $52 for non-residents. Fees are payable by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
What to Bring with You
At the time of the appointment, residents will be asked to complete a brief form and provide a driver's license or state photo ID, along with proof of address if the primary identification does not show a correct address.
