All requests for appointments through this site are confirmed by Town Hall staff members via e-mail during our regular business hours. Auditions cannot be scheduled by phone. Please be sure the e-mail account you are sending this request from does not have any filters or blocks that would reject a response. If you have not received an appointment confirmation message within 48 business hours of your request, please resubmit or call the office at 937-432-2835. Please note audition confirmation may take longer than 48 hours due to summer hours. We cannot guarantee your choice for audition date and time; however, we will try our best to accommodate all requests.
PLEASE NOTE: Registration for auditions scheduled on Saturdays must be received by 6 pm on the Thursday before the audition.
