Community Garage Sale

Registration for the 2026 Community Garage Sale will open in late February.
Sales may not begin before 8 am and must end by 8 pm.
Centerville-Washington Township residents who register their sales before the deadline can receive one complimentary yard sign. Yard sign pick-up dates and locations will be announced when registration opens.
Signs may not be placed in the right-of-way.
The City and Township also will advertise the sale in the newspaper, on social media, and on our websites.
A list of all registered addresses and a brief list of items for sale will be available for pickup at the Washington Township Government Center (8200 McEwen Road) and the City of Centerville Municipal Building (100 W. Spring Valley Road).
