Community Garage Sale

Dust off those treasures, clear out the garage, and get ready for a red-white-and-blue tradition! Washington Township and the City of Centerville are proud to announce The Great American Community Garage Sale. The community-wide event will take place Thursday, April 30 through Saturday, May 2 from 8 am-5 pm daily.

Garage Sale Information

• Residents who are hosting a garage sale are encouraged to register early by completing the online registration form by Thursday, April 9.

• Submissions for addresses outside Centerville-Washington Township will not be accepted, and sale listings cannot be modified once submitted.

• Residents who register by the deadline will receive one complimentary garage sale sign, available for pickup April 13-29 at the Washington Township Government Center (8200 McEwen Road), Washington Township RecPlex (895 Miamisburg-Centerville Road), or Centerville Municipal Building (100 W. Spring Valley Road) during normal business hours. Remember, signs may not be placed in the right-of-way!

• The City and Township will advertise the sale in area newspapers, on social media, and on our websites.

• Beginning April 20, a list of all registered addresses and a brief list of items for sale will be available online or for pickup at the Washington Township Government Center, the RecPlex, or the Centerville Municipal Building.
