Fitness Programs


Aqua Classes

Ages 16 & up

Deep Water Fitness

Improve flexibility, increase cardiovascular fitness, and build muscle and core strength. Buoyancy belts are provided and create a no impact workout to the joints. Participants exercise in 6-12 feet of water. A shallow water entrance is offered then class moves to deeper water.

EZ Aqua

A slow-paced, warm-water, gentle-movement exercise class that is just what the doctor ordered for arthritis, fibromyalgia, diabetes, high blood pressure, pre-surgery or post-surgery. A very social way to improve on flexibility, balance and joint mobility.

Aqua Walking

A low-impact aqua workout that offers a light introduction to Splash Aerobics, practice walking movements in our zero-entry warm water pool. Like any aqua aerobic workout, aqua walking is easy on the joints. It takes advantage of the water's buoyance which supports the body's weight, reduces stress on the joints and minimizes pain. 

Splash Aerobics

This shallow water exercise class improves cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and toning. Great for beginners but challenging enough for the advanced student.

Aqua Fit

A shallow water low-impact, high-intensity, cardiovascular, strength, core and flexibility workout. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Instructors add their own individual style and flair.

Mind & Body Classes

Ages 16 & up


Stretch, breathe, focus, rejuvenate! Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Intro to Yoga 

Yoga's combined focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements brings health benefits with regular participation. Yoga participants report better sleep, increased energy levels and muscle tone, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, improved circulation and overall better general health. 

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is meditation in motion, promoting serenity through gentle, flowing movements. The practice improves range of motion and flexibility, reduces stress, and provides an awesome workout. Our instructor has more than 28 years of experience as a martial arts instructor and is a 5th degree black belt.

Cardio & Strength Classes

Ages 16 & up

Body Sculpt

A resistance training class to sculpt muscles, strengthen your core and increase flexibility. Free weights and bands may be used.


Zumba mixes low and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility and serious energy boost each time you leave class.


LaBlast is a dance fitness program that inspires the mind and transforms the body, while teaching the true skill of dance. Inspired by TV's, "Dancing with the Stars", this energizing dance fitness class blends ballroom dancing with the calorie blasting properties of a fitness class. It's partner free, requires no prior dance experience and uses a wide variety of music in the class.


SWERK is the newest and hottest dance fitness craze! Upbeat routines are paired with the newest pop and hip hop songs to make you sweat and work. Routines will engage your glutes and core while giving you an overall great cardio workout!

Belly Dance

An easy to follow, fun, sweaty and unique dance class. If you enjoy dancing and learning new thins and are looking to strengthen your body - you will love belly dance! You will learn how to isolate muscles around the hips and torso to create both soft, fluid movements and sharp, rhythmic hits and locks.

Krav Maga

Krav Maga is based on simple principles, natural movements and practical techniques. A favorite among law enforcement agencies, military personnel and anyone interested in self defense. Taught by Ehud Borovoy, personal trainer and Krav Maga instructor, Krav Maga is simple, natural and effective self defense. 

Active Older Adult Classes

SilverSneakers® Classic

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on the individual's fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels.

Strength & Stretch

Stay strong and limber with our strength and stretch class! Handheld weights and body weight will be used to build and maintain muscle while slow stretches will be performed to help you stay flexible and limber.

Senior Fit

Improving your strength and range of motion will improve your ability to stand, bend and walk more smoothly and with less pain. The focus of this class is on toning and building overall strength. There will also be a stretching component for more flexibility. A chair is provided, bring water and an elastic band with you to class. 

Hula Classes

Ages 16 & up

Hula Dance

Learn the art of Polynesian dance taught by Olohana's Polynesian Dance. Learn to perform native dances from the islands of Hawaii, Samoa, Tahiti, New Zealand and more. Graduate from 8 different hula skirts to become a professional hula dancer!

Hula Aerobics

Join professional Polynesian dance instructor, Olohana, for an island style workout. Olohana has entertained troops for the USA and at the World Fest in Branson, MO as part of the Polynesian Paradise dancers. Olohana will highlight the benefits of fitness through the basic steps of hula dance and turn it into a workout. Strengthen your core, quads, hamstrings and glutes while filling your heart and mind with the Aloha spirit!
