RecPlex -Countryside Park Improvements, Phase III
Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio herby requests Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms interested in providing architectural, civil, and landscape design services for Countryside Park Improvements - Phase III. Targeted to begin construction in 2027, Phase III consists of removal/demolition of an existing building at the center of the park and its replacement with a four-season community shelter house and public bathrooms. Additional scope of work includes associated parking, paved access and landscaping to connect the facility with surrounding areas within the park. Lastly, plans include relocation of the campus' sports fields to an adjacent area. Proposals should be submitted by 4:30 pm on April 3, 2026.
