Notice of Hearings on Levying a tax on motor vehicles pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 4504.18 and 4504.181
Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Board of Trustees of Washington Township on March 9, 2026 and March 16, 2026, to consider an additional $5 tax per licensed motor vehicle, for a total of $10 annual tax per licensed motor vehicle. This tax will be levied upon the operation of motor vehicles on the public road and streets, on all motor vehicles in the district of registration of Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio. The hearings will be held at 4 pm at the Washington Township Government Center, 8200 McEwen Road, Dayton, Ohio.
