RecPlex - Electronic Display Sign

Washington Township RecPlex is requesting a professional proposal from qualified installers to repair and replace the display on its front entrance sign located at 895 Miamisburg-Centerville Road; namely to remove the existing unit with a non-functioning display at RecPlex East and replace it with an upgraded version. The requested replacement aims to improve functionality, user accessibility, and display performance. Proposals should be submitted by 4:30 pm on February 27, 2026.

Public Works - Street Improvement Program

Washington Township will receive sealed bids for the materials and labor necessary for the 2026 Street Improvement Program. The work for which bids are invited consists of the milling and resurfacing of selected streets within the Township including approximately 6000 CY of asphalt resurfacing and other miscellaneous items. Bids shall be received by the Township, Attn: Tim Franck, Public Works Director, 8200 McEwen Road, Dayton, Ohio 45458 until 10 am local time on February 24, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud thereafter.

Washington Township will receive sealed bids for the materials and labor necessary for the 2026 Concrete Rehabilitation Program. Bids shall be received by the Township, Attn: Tim Franck, Township Public Works Director, 8200 McEwen Road, Dayton, Ohio 45458 until 10 am local time on February 3, 2026.
