The Countryside Park Master Plan provides a cohesive and comprehensive design for the 21.2-acre park, located behind the Washington Township RecPlex on Miamisburg-Centerville Road.

Single Hauler Waste Collection

At the beginning of September 2024, the Township launched a community survey to gather valuable feedback from residents regarding their opinions on contracting with a single hauler. You can review the results of the survey here. Please watch for more information about this project during the fourth quarter of 2025.

Yankee Power Generation Facility

Since late March and early April 2025, Washington Township has been made aware of growing noise concerns related to the power generation facility at 9975 Yankee Street. Click here to learn more about efforts to mitigate this noise.
