Development Services

The Washington Township Board of Trustees seek to contract with a qualified partner for the purpose of re-writing/updating its Zoning Resolution and Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Washington Township is located in Montgomery County Ohio and is a second tier suburb south of Dayton. It has a population of more than 57,000 residents and the unincorporated portion encompasses approximately 20 square miles in area. Washington Township provides full government services including Police, Fire, EMS, Recreation, Planning & Zoning and Road Maintenance. Washington Township will contract with a qualified vendor(s) for the updates of two documents, the Washington Zoning Resolution and the Washington Comprehensive Land Use Plan, as outlined in the specifications of this Request for Proposal/Request for Qualifications (RFP/RFQ). Proposals are due no later than November 27, 2019 at 4:00 pm. The Washington Township Board of Trustees has budgeted $100,000 for this project, which is expected to take a calendar year to complete.

Information Systems

Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio, invites all interested communications and brand development firms to submit a proposal to lead the Township’s rebranding efforts. The focus of this plan should be to update the Township’s brand. Rebranding should consider both residential and business desirability and promote Washington Township as a premier place to live and work. This proposal must include a detailed project budget for 2020.
