Town Hall Theatre Renovation Project
The Washington Township RecPlex Department is requesting quotations from qualified contractors to complete interior finish upgrades at the Town Hall Theatre Annex and select restroom areas located at 27 N. Main Street, Centerville, Ohio 45459. The project consists of demolition and replacement of existing interior finishes and related improvements within the Theatre Annex and two existing theatre restrooms. The project is intended to modernize the appearance of the facility, improve durability and maintainability of finishes and address aging materials while preserving the existing operational layout of the facility. Complete project information, specifications and submission requirements are listed below. Requests for quotes are due by 4:30 pm on Friday, July 3, 2026.
